CSSC LUZHOU develops mooring equipment supporting the world's first sinking tube floating transportation and installation integrated ship
Recently, the CCTV News Channel reported on the world’s first immersed tube floating transportation and installation integrated ship Yihangjinan 1, the last mooring operation before the immersed tube docking was carried out on the west artificial island of the deep channel.
This one-of-a-kind ship in the world is the world's most integrated ship with the largest installation capacity, the highest sinking accuracy, the most efficient construction and the most advanced performance. It is the core equipment connecting the Shenzhen-Zhongshan cross-sea project Deep Middle Passage. It is also a weapon for accelerating the construction of the Greater Bay Area.
The mooring operation before docking is to ensure the accurate mooring of the integrated ship for immersed tube floating transportation and installation, which plays an important role in the safe and stable and accurate docking of the immersed tube.
The mooring equipment of this ship is independently designed and manufactured by CSSC LUZHOU. The stability of the mooring equipment directly affects the stability of the hull. The mooring equipment provided by CSSC LUZHOU for the ship is compact in structure and excellent in performance, and can well cooperate with the sinking pipe installation operation to be carried out accurately.
In addition, CSSC LUZHOU has also developed a positioning winch for the entire ship for the self-lifting gravel laying leveling ship, which is an important equipment used in the construction of the deep and middle channel project. The leveling ship is equivalent to a seabed paving machine. Through the precise positioning of the stone throwing pipe, the gravel is thrown into the seabed and paved. The immersed pipe of the large subsea tunnel is laid on the gravel surface.
